As you can tell, I haven't got much on today. I had a little look at the main page and the 'starting points'. If you browse the A-Z of all the tags that exist, it really is quite impressive. If we were being paid to do this, or if it had any benefit to mankind then we could be really proud of ourselves.
Future generations will benefit from the good work we are doing here. You may not see any obvious benefit to mankind, but in today's busy world, would you rather waste your time reading about Christopher Reeve on Wikipedia, or would you like a short and accurate summary of his life here: Christopher Reeve. I don't know how to put a picture on but if I could, I would put one up of a man in lederhosen, eating a pretzel. I have just come back from Vienna (oh Vienna! etc.). I may have spelt lederhosen wrong. I thought a lot about that poor girl who lived in a garage for eight years.
I saw the pictures of the guy who took her (and killed himself) and thought - wasn't he on "That's Life" ? --Bonjo Nelson 22:35, 29 August 2006 (BST)
(also, that's how you put a picture in, you just copy the full URL of the picture and paste it on a new line. It's simple.)
